What is the Medical Rehab returns policy?

Faulty or Broken - Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced or refunded. Please email us within 10 days from receipt of goods, we'll cover all shipping costs involved. Incorrect size or product - We want you to love what you order! If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, you may return them for an exchange or store credit. Please email us within 10 days from receipt of goods, shipping costs will be at your expense. Items must be in the original condition and undamaged packaging. No returns on sample or sale items.

What is the product warranty?

The life cycle of your Venoflex product is 60 washes and the warranty is for 3 months.

Do you ship internationally?

We are the suppliers for Venoflex in Australia. If you need help finding Venoflex products in another country, you can contact us, and we will direct you to a local Venoflex retailer in your region.

Can you still take a Phone Order or Purchase Order?
